He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and owns five other companies with his senior executives and partners for over 20 years, Prior to his career in recruitment and executive search, Luc was in the military at the Department of National Defense for close to 20 years in a variety of senior management roles in Canada and abroad and finished his career as a chief Instructor at the Military Leadership Academy.
