Ali Friesen joined our Lethbridge team in 2018 team with over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, team building and management roles. Ali specializes in placing temporary, temp to perm and permanent professional’s in the construction, administrative, retail, trades and agricultural sectors. She is a result driven professional who values the trust of her clients and team members alike. Ali prides herself in providing exceptional customer service and building long lasting business relationships.

Ali also brings with her a positive attitude, genuine compassion for helping people, and a strong ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life. Our personnel connect quickly with her and develop a trust in her ability to lead; while represent her client’s needs on all levels of the relationship.

Ali in her personal time, can be found outside connecting with nature, gardening, exploring the river bottom as well as camping and fishing with family and friends. In addition to her many talents Ali also plays guitar and has knack for growing vegetables, but “don’t ask her to keep any flowers alive”.
