Jacqui Pederson, just joined the team recently after 9 years with the Co-op as Human Resources Manager. Prior to returning to Medicine Hat, she worked 2 years in Human Resources with the world’s leading provider of diagnostic testing services, Quest Diagnostics in the Seattle office. Jacqui moved to Medicine Hat in 1989 from Saskatchewan and graduated from the Medicine Hat College with a Business Diploma majoring in Microcomputers. While still in college and after graduating, she worked at the Credit Union providing IT services, then moved to a private computer and business training company as a trainer, which she later owned and managed for over 12 years.
Jacqui completed her BSc with a major in Management from the University of Phoenix, and is currently a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
With Jacqui’s solid understanding of Human Resources and Recruiting, as well as, her strong business acumen, she provides operational management and growth management to PLC, as well as, permanent recruiting as she has the experience and ability to match qualified candidates with great employers. Her goal is to always exceed expectations.
